Description
English: SS Slamat'' during World War II, most likely while transporting Australian soldiers to the Middle East as part of Convoy US.5 in August 1940. The ship was sunk by German aircraft during the Allied evacuation of Greece on 26 April 1941 with heavy loss of life.
Date Not stated, but earlier than the ship's sinking on 26 April 1941.
