Fair use rationale[edit]

1. The image will be used for identification and critical commentary in the Smile (Vitamin C song) article and other related articles.
2. The use is purely for non-profit reasons, and to educate users on the music in question.
3. It is a low resolution image of the album cover, making it unusable for commercial use.
4. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell or market the music or its services in any way.
5. As a copyrighted image, there is no known free alternative available. If a free alternative is found, this image should be nominated for deletion as obsolete.
