English: San Francisco Postmaster Abraham P. Cooper, was first postmaster issue a special postal cancellation on radio. This photo depicts the moment he signed the sports celebrity walls at Sports Byline USA in San Francisco on April 23, 2019 immediately after issuing the USPS Building Bridges Special Postal Cancellation for the 30th Birthday of the tall ship, Lady Washington. Abraham Cooper, a living person, gave permission to Karen Lile for free use of this photo on Sun Dec 27, 2020. The signature above Cooper's is Tom Slingsby, the Captain of the Sail GP Australia team.
