Summary

Description A U.S. Navy Lockheed S-3A Viking (BuNo 160596) from Anti-Submarine Squadron 35 (VS-35) "Boomerangers" at Naval Air Station North Island, California (USA), on 23 December 1986. VS-35 was assigned to Carrier Air Wing 10 (CVW-10), which was established in 1986. It was never deployed on its assigned aircraft carrier USS Independence (CV-62) and was disestablished in 1988.
