English: A Royal Air Force Typhoon pilot's helmet showing the Mounted Symbology System, which allows the pilot to see information from his instruments displayed on the visor of his helmet.

This means he can see the information even when he is looking out of the cockpit.

This image was a winner in the 2014 Royal Air Force Photography Competition.
