Summary

Description
Српски (ћирилица): Tršić je rodno mesto Vuka Stefanovića Karadžića, srpskog lingvističara i reformatora srpskog jezika (1787-1864). Prvi podaci o naseljenosti Tršića potiču iz prve polovine 16. veka. U Tršiću se nalazi etnografski park sa spomen-kućom Vuka Stefanovića Karadžića i više građevina srpske narodne arhitekture, koje čine jedinstvenu kulturno-istorijsku i etnografsku celinu, uz obrazovni centar i autentične objekte namenjene posetiocima, koji čuvaju uspomenu na Vuka i njegovo delo. Brojne radionice obrazovanja i obuka u ručnim radovima i starim zanatima u Vukovom Muzeju u Tršicu privlače istraživače, ljubitelje i poštovaoce kulture i učenike iz Srbije i inostranstva. Od 1971. godine u Tršiću se odrzava Đački Vukov sabor, koji je Generalna konferencija UNESCO uvrstila u svoj kalendar značajnih kulturnih događaja, usvajanjem Rezolucije o proglašenju Vukove zadužbine u svetsko kulturno nasleđe.
