Summary

Description
English: Relative responses for the three cone cell types and the rod cells which enable human vision. They are sometimes known as the red, green and blue cells, though their responses actually peak in the yellow-green (labeled L), green (M) and violet-blue (H) parts of the spectrum. The H sensor has a secondary sensitivity in the blue. The rods are sensitive to green-cyan light and are much more sensitive than the color vision.
