Although copyright for this picture lies with UKTV/BBC Worldwide, it is believed that use of this picture in the aforementioned articles is covered by the U.S. fair use law because:

1. The image is being used for informational purposes showing the current title card and logo of the current series of the television programme Red Dwarf;
2. No more free alternative exists;
3. The use of the image in this article will have no effect on Heineken UK's commercial use of the image in question.
