This image is of a magazine cover, and the copyright for it is most likely held by either the publisher of the magazine or the individual contributors who worked on the cover depicted. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of magazine covers to illustrate the publication of the issue of the magazine in question with the publication name either visible on the image itself or written in the image description above, on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation, qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law. A gatefold magazine cover. The left half of the image, which would appear when the gatefold was closed, shows a nighttime scene with a gold Dalek, photographed from below, in the foreground, the railing of a bridge in the midground, and the Perpendicular Gothic towers of the Houses of Parliament in the background. It also contains the text "Radio Times" in the top of the image, and "VOTE DALEK!" in the lower left of the image. On the right half of the image, which would be revealed when the gatefold was opened, the panorama of the bridge and the Houses of Parliament continue, with three more Daleks behind the first one; the arrangement of the Daleks is such that, due to linear perspective, each Dalek is approximately half the size of the one to its left. On the right of the image, the clock tower of Big Ben looms over the bridge. A small black-and-white photograph is superimposed on the upper left of the right side of the image; that photograph, taken from a slightly different angle, shows four Daleks crossing the same bridge, with the same building in the background.
