| Description | The photo depicts a historic moment - surrender of the RSK 51st Brigade commander Stevo Harambašić and RSK civilian authorities in Pakrac area, including Veljko Džakula (being handcuffed). The surrender was accepted by the Pakrac chief of police Nikola Ivkanec (handcuffing Džakula) and it marked success of Operation Flash and Croatian recapture of the western Slavonia. |
