Potrivit anexei nr. 1.1, stema comunei Budila se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat. În partea superioară, în câmp rosu, se află o acvilă de argint cu ghearele de aur, tinând în cioc o mlădită de vită-de-vie de aur, alcătuită dintr-un ciorchine de strugure si o frunză. În partea inferioară, în câmp albastru, se află un picior de argint cu cizmă de aur si pinten de argint, străpuns de o săgeată de aur. Piciorul este încoronat cu o coroană alcătuită din trei fleuroane, sase pietre rosii si două perle de argint. În dreapta se află o semilună de argint conturnată, iar în stânga o stea cu sase raze de aur. Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat. Semnificatiile elementelor însumate: Acvila cu mlădita de vită-de-vie în cioc reprezintă elemente din sigiliul vechi al localitătii din anul 1854. Piciorul săgetat si astrii reprezintă elemente din blazonul familiei Beldi. Coroana murală de argint cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
