English: Hérault, France: road D102 at its northern entry in the Quatre-Pilas plain. At the top, the bridge over the A750 autoroute. The road limits Montarnaud (left, west) and Saint-Georges-d'Orques (right, east).
Note: road of the Tour de France 2009 4th step from Bel-Air at the top to Les Quatre-Pilas on the left. The final curb on the foreground was a high difficulty for some teams (like BBox Bouygues Telecom and Skil-Shimano, and is where Piet Rooijakkers was injured. Français : Dans l'Hérault, la route D102 à son entrée nord dans la plaine du lieu-dit Les Quatre-Pilas. Au sommet, le pont au-dessus de l'autoroute A750. La route marque la limite entre Montarnaud (gauche, ouest), Saint-Georges-d'Orques (droite, est) et Murviel-lès-Montpellier (bas, sud) où se tient le photographe. Note : la route est une partie de la 4e étape du Tour de France 2009. Les coureurs arrivent de Bel-Air au sommet, puis tourne vers Les Quatre-Pilas. Le dernier virage au premier plan fut une grande difficulté de l'étape pour plusieurs équipes (comme BBox Bouygues Telecom et Skil-Shimano, et où Piet Rooijakkers fut blessé. |
