Čeština: Undulózní zhášení krystalu křemene (pozorované v ortorule), vznikající pomalým pootáčením vzorku pod zkříženými polarizačními filtry. Ukazuje tlakovou deformaci krystalové mřížky, projevující se postupným rozvěcováním a zhasínáním zrna. Animace.
