Description
English: Proposed interchange between Washington State Route 520 and the never-constructed R.H. Thomson Freeway or R.H. Thomson Expressway (in this early drawing "Empire Expressway"). Much of the interchange was built -- the so-called ramps to nowhere in the Washington Park Arboretum -- but the freeway was not.
