Español: Portada del documento enviado por la Sociedad Riojana de amigos del país al congreso nacional con el objetivo de que a La Rioja se la dotara de un marco administrativo provincial. Este documento se envia en el año 1820, momento en el cual se estaba organizando una futura división provincial en España que finalemente vería la luz en el año 1822. En el caso de La Rioja las reclamaciones tuvieron éxito y la región se constituyó en provincia aunque bajo la denominación de provincia de Logroño, debido al acuerdo por el cual la mayoría de ellas debían llevar los nombres de sus capitales. |
