English: Plumb Island and Great Pool, Tresco, from Bryher View from Bryher across the central part of New Grimsby Sound towards Tresco. Darker patches in the water indicate the presence of weed-covered rocks, a constant hazard to the navigator in the Isles of Scilly, though the weeds do make the rocks easier to see. The entire area seen in this view dries entirely at low tide on spring tides. |
