Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	Architect Pierre Jeanneret was instrumental in bringing up the entire city of Chandigarh, but still there are no photographs of him available on Wikipedia. Thus it becomes important for people to at least have a visual reference of the Architect who shaped the modernist city of Chandigarh.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	It will only be used as a Visual reference for the Article on Pierre Jeanneret
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	This image is more that 60 years old. In fact it has been more than 50 years since their death. Also, this image is already available on the Chandigarh Tourism Website. So it shouldn't be an issue.
