Description	ไทย: ธงพิทักษ์สันติราษฎร์ของกรมตำรวจ (ปัจจุบันคือสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ) เป็นธงในราชการอย่างหนึ่งของกรมตำรวจ (ไม่ใช่ธงชัยเฉลิมพล) ลักษณะของธงเป็นไปตามมาตรา 34 แห่งพระราชบัญญัติธง พ.ศ. 2522 ดังนี้ "ธงพิทักษ์สันติราษฎร์ของกรมตำรวจ มีลักษณะและสีอย่างเดียวกับธงชาติ แต่ที่ตรงกลางของผืนธงมีรูปตราแผ่นดินในรัชกาลพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว ประกอบด้วยความว่า “พิทักษ์สันติราษฎร์” ปักด้วยดิ้นเงินโอบใต้ตราแผ่นดิน ธงพิทักษ์สันติราษฎร์ตามวรรคหนึ่ง จะกำหนดวัตถุที่ทำเป็นลวดลายในผืนธงหรือจะกำหนดส่วนประกอบของธงก็ได้ โดยให้กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง" องค์ประกอบที่ใช้ในการทำไฟล์นี้ได้จาก File:Flag_of_the_Royal_Siamese_Army_(1892-1908).svg และ File:Flag of Thailand.svg ซึ่งทั้งสองไฟล์นี้ใช้สัญญาอนุญาตเผยแพร่แบบสาธารณสมบัติ (Public Domain)
