English: Philips Hall at West Chester University, a contributing building in the West Chester State College Quadrangle Historic District on the NRHP since October 8, 1981. The district is bounded by South High and South Church Streets, University and Rosedale Avenues, in West Chester, Chester County, Pennsylvania. This building is at the corner of University and High Streets. Architect Walter Price, brother of Will Price. Built 1927.
