Though the image is subject to copyright I feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. it is a low resolution copy of a book cover;
2. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the book in any way;
3. it is used for identification purposes only, to allow for easier identification of the book.
