Description
English: Pasedena Apartments — at 2170 East Jefferson Avenue, Detroit, Michigan (c. 1905).
  • Built in 1902, in the Renaissance Revival style.
  • An early example of upper-class, multi-unit housing, and is one of the earliest of these structures to be built with reinforced concrete (brick and limestone facing). Classical details on the upper floors, including a cornice and false balconies, seen here have since been removed.
  • On the National Register of Historic Places.
