Description
English: Russian Federation. Award of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM). Instituted on 25 March 1998 by ministerial order 200. Awarded to officers and personnel of EMERCOM of Russia, who volunteered to conduct rescue operations and that were directly involved in the management of disaster relief at the territorial, regional, federal or trans-boundary level.
