Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	I have attempted to search for images of Pandurang Pundalik Fundkar, but many results come up from recent news articles that all appear to use the same image, but edited. I was unable to find the original sources for many portraits of Fundkar (thus, I was unable to contact anyone to ask if someone was willing to release an image) except for this profile picture he posted himself to Twitter.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	One file is used for the infobox.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	This was a profile picture posted on twitter by the deceased. I do not believe that a deceased person has many commercial opportunities, let alone commercial opportunities that would be harmed by the use of this file.
Other information	The subject of the photograph has been deceased since: 31 May 2018
