Upon phosphorylation of tyrosine residues 654, 654 and 766, FGFR1 kinase is activated and ready to recruit SH2 domain at its C-terminal tail. pY653 and pY654 induces conformational change in the activation segment and causes Thr residue (as shown in red) to move by 23.6 Å. |
