Summary

Description
English: Figure 5. Overlay structures of FGFR1 kinase. Active form is shown in green and inactive form of FGFR1 kinase is shown in yellow. Upon phosphorylation of tyrosine residues 654, 654 and 766, FGFR1 kinase is activated and ready to recruit SH2 domain at its C-terminal tail. pY653 and pY654 induces conformational change in the activation segment and causes Thr residue (as shown in red) to move by 23.6 Å.
