Non-free media information and use rationale true for Otto Felix Kanitz
Description

This is one of very few photographs showing Otto Felix Kanitz. The source quoted below implicitely claims that it was taken at the 1922 Salzburg conference which led to the International Falcon Movement, but highly more likely it was taken in 1919, with "representatives" of the children [which means, representatives elected by the community, in order to create a "children's republic"] from one of the two summercamps which 25 year old Kanitz directed that year.
