Summary

Description
English: Australia’s new High Commissioner, John Feakes, this morning paid a courtesy visit to Fijian Minister for Forests, Osea Naiqamu.

The meeting was a great opportunity to discuss Fiji’s sustainable forestry industry and the notable support it provides the National REDD+ Fiji Programme.

The Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research (ACIAR) works closely with the Ministry and the two countries continue to look for ways to further their collaboration
