Description

The Open hand is the geographical representation of the city of Chandigarh located in North India. It is a Union Territory which is the capital of two states - Punjab and Haryana.

This Open Hand symbol is located behind the High Court in Chandigarh and it has the tendency to change its direction based on the flow of wind.
