Description
English: An armed US Military Special Operations Security Team Member observes a United Nations (UN) MI-8 Hip helicopter approaching the US Embassy in Monrovia, Liberia, during Operation SHINING EXPRESS. The US European Command (EUROCOM) is currently conducting the Operation to provide for the protection of American citizens in Liberia and the region, and to be prepared to aid in any potential evacuation of its citizens.
