This image is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (Lampman) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

• It is a low resolution still of a television episode, namely On the Day Before.
• It does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the episode in any way.
• It illustrates the episode in question and aids commentary on the plot outline.
