Fair Use rationale: This is a promotional photo of Robert Harrill, used on the biography page about him and his work. Since Mr. Harrill is dead, no opportunity exists to obtain a free image of him, so it is believed the use of this photo in the article on him in the English Wikipedia is covered under the fair use clause of copyright law.
