While the copyright for the image belongs to the heirs of Alexander Deyneka I believe usage of a low quality reproduction for the critical analysis in the article about the painting's author constitutes a fair use as defined by the USA law. The painting is the most known among the earliest works of the author (before end of 1940ies) Alex Bakharev 23:12, 4 August 2007 (UTC)
