Summary

Description
English: William and Godfrey Notley built a landing at this point on the Big Sur coast, about 11 miles south of Carmel, to ship lumber and to receive goods via small coastal steamers. Its was used heavily from between 1903 and 1907, and a small settlement grew up around it for a few years.
