There are two lighthouses at the breakwater entrance to Reykjavík Harbor - Reykjavík Norðurgarði (north mole - L4506) and Reykjavík Ingólfsgarði (south mole - L4508). Both are small pyramidal structures made of corrugated iron and painted yellow with a viewing platform that looks out over Faxaflói Bay and Mt. Esja.
