Fair use for Nil by Mouth (film)[edit]

Though the picture is copyrighted, I User:Sue Wallace feel it is covered by fair use because:

1. No free or public domain images have been located for this film.
2. The image is of low resolution.
3. The image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the film in any way.
4. Infobox Use. In an article about the film Nil By Mouth, the promotional artwork is arguably one of the most important images that could be included. This is the artwork intended for wide distribution. As such, it has future historical significance, and is a more appropriate choice than any other image available.
5. Its inclusion in the article is important because it suggests something of the film's style.
6. This image is already widely distributed to identify the film as part of DVD catalogs and film reviews so its use on Wikipedia does not make it significantly more accessible or visible than it already is. The poster is being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the original film in any way.
