Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	I will put it in the "Layout and overview" section of the article, next to "Content and general." I think the article would be worse off without this file because it is an iconic logo that most think of when they think of Newgrounds.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	The purpose for this image could not be served with an alternative illustration because it is a specific detailed logo that was used on the website.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	It will only be used once in the article and the purpose is to showcase the iconic old logo.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	It will not harm any commercial opportunities because I made it lower quality and the logo is not for sale. If you look at the source that I cited, you will see that the website lets people download this logo for free.
