Summary

Description The New Life Tabernacle Church at 1476 Bedford Avenue at Sterling Place in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York City, is located in what was originally an automobile showroom on Bedford Avenue's Automobile Row; it is across the street from the Studebaker Building. From 1921 to 1966 it was Loehmann's which sold designer overstock of women's fashion clothing at cut-rate prices, and a similar store from 1966. The New Life Tabernacle Church was founded in 1983.
