Panique d'un policier en civil dont la voiture banalisée est prise dans les embouteillages du quartier de Bab el Oued, à Alger : l'arme au poing, il tente de se frayer un chemin.

A plaincolthes policeman panics in the dense traffic of Bab el oued, a working-class erea of Algiers. With his gun in hand, the policeman tries to force his way out of the traffic jam in his unmarked car, to the indifference of a passerby.
