Non-free use rationale for image use on Munchkin[edit]

Munchkins are chiefly known by their depiction in the 1939 film The Wizard of Oz, therefore there should be a representation of them in the article as shown in said film. As no free images of the Munchkins from the film are known to exist, a fair-use image is necessary.
