1. This picture is a promotional picture from Fox Studios and is a visual representation of actor Shawn Ashmore as Bobby Drake/"Iceman" in the film X-Men: The Last Stand, which the article discusses.
2. The promotional image is used as the primary means of visual identification of the actor who portrays the character in the film.
3. This is a low resolution image and not suitable for the production of counterfeit items.
