Summary

Description
English: Image: This image is a structural representation of monomeric Mòjiāng virus attachment glycoprotein (MojV-G) based on the crystal structure, as determined by Illona Rissanen in 2017 at Oxford. The.pdb file is publicly available from RCSB as 5NOP. Structural: the MojV-G monomer has characteristic 6 bladed beta propeller, but lacks key sialidase residues. Based on functional studies, MojV-G does not bind EphrinB2/B3.
