Deutsch: Deutsche Propagandabriefmarke von 1944, hergestellt im KZ Oranienburg-Sachsenhausen mit Propagandastempel. Die wichtigsten Unterschiede zur britischen Freimarkenserie Mi. Nr. 221-226 sind: Hammer und Sichel in der Rose links. Davidstern statt Kreuz auf Krone. Davidstern in Distel rechts. Pennyzeichen aus Hammer und Sichel gebildet. Abweichende Zähnung. Die Marke trägt einen Propagandaaufdruck: "LIQUIDATION OF EMPIRE/BAHAMA-IS" sowie einen violetten Propagandastempel: "LONDON AAAO/-6JUN/44/SPECIAL-STAMP". Die Auflage des vollständigen Satzes (6 Werte) wird mit 400 angegeben.

According to the German Copyright law a counterfeiter cannot obtain a new copyright on the forgery. (§107 Abs.2 UrhG). Because of the fact that forgers usually are illegally acting persons, they are also not entitled to co-authorship according to §8 UrhG. Thus, the legal regulation applies to this work as it would be the case with the original.
