Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	I have searched for free alternatives but found none. There are not many pictures of this journalist in the Internet, and most of them are just borrowed under fair use. Even the name of the author is impossible to retrieve. I have requested a picture with free license or explicit permission to Proceso, but got no answer yet.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	This will be the only non-free picture of the journalist used in the article, and it will be located in the infobox.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	Proceso is not trying to have exclusivity or make any money with this portrait of a murdered colleague. I'm sure they will be happy to see good coverage of Regina Martínez in Wikipedia.
