This image, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I feel it is covered by the Canadian/American fair use laws because:

  1. it is a low resolution copy of symbol;
  2. it is not being used for commercial use
  3. the image is only being used for informational purposes.
  4. the image portrays the 2007 Memorial Cup, for which it is being included in
  5. Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it portrays the official symbol of the principle subject of this article.
