English: Award of the Defense Ministry of the Russian Federation. Commemorative Breast Badge "Colonel-General Pikalov". Instituted on 4 August 2006 by ministerial order 310. Awarded to soldiers and civilian personnel of the Armed Forces, as well as other citizens of the Russian Federation, for providing assistance in solving the tasks entrusted to the Federal Agency for Safe Storage and Destruction of Chemical Weapons.
Français : Décoration du Ministère de la Défense de la Fédération Russe. Insigne de poitrine commémorative "Colonel-Général Pikalov». Créée le 4 août 2006 par l’arrêté ministériel 310. Attribuée aux soldats et aux membres du personnel civil des Forces armées, ainsi qu’aux autres citoyens de la Fédération Russe, pour assistance dans la résolution des tâches confiées à l'Agence Fédérale pour le Stockage Sécuritaire et la Destruction des Armes Chimiques.
Русский: Памятный знак «Генерал-полковник Пикалов». Учрежден приказом Министерства обороны РФ № 310 от 4.08.2006 г."О военных геральдических знаках Федерального управления по безопасному хранению и уничтожению химического оружия при Федеральном агентстве по промышленности". Памятным знаком награждаются военнослужащие и гражданский персонал Вооруженных Сил Российской Федерации, а также другие граждане Российской Федерации, оказывающие содействие в решении задач, возложенных на Федеральное управление. |
