Description
English: Exaggerated color composite showing portion of Mearcair Planitia on Mercury, including Kerouac crater below left of center. All other craters are unnamed as of August 2023.

Approximate color representation combining three images acquired by MESSENGER Wide Angle Camera (EW0218500793I, EW0218500795F, EW0218500801G) with I (996.2 nm), G (748.7 nm), and F (433.2 nm) filters. Combined in GIMP software as RGB (Red-Green-Blue).
