From [1]. Though the picture is copyright © to Channel 4, I TheDeviantPro (talk · contribs) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use law because:
- The image is a low-resolution copy of a publicity photograph;
- The image is being used for informational purposes about Matty, a main character in Skins;
- No more free alternative exists;
- The use of the image in these articles will have no effect on Channel 4's commercial use of the image in question.
