English: Shoulder Sleeve Insignia

Description On a black disc edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) black border, the overall diameter 2 7/16 inches (6.19 cm), center within a 1/16 inch (.16 cm) purple ring a monogrammed “MA” (the “A” centered over the “M”) in golden yellow.

Symbolism Purple and gold are the school colors for Massanutten Academy.

Background

The shoulder sleeve insignia approved 13 December 1976 was amended 4 December 2001 to update the description.
