1. The image is of lower resolution than the original cover, copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on another CD.
2. No free equivalent is available or could be created that would adequately give the same information.
3. The image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the album in any way. The image is not used in a manner that would likely replace the original market role of the original copyrighted media.
4. For an article about an album, the cover artwork is very important and adds significantly to the article.
5. This image is used on various websites, so its use on Wikipedia does not make it significantly more accessible than it already is.
6. The cover is being used for informational purposes only.
