| Description |
English: A comprehensive map of the common courts in Poland. Appeal courts jurisdiction can be distinguished by the general colour pattern (i.e. Białystok appeal court, NE Poland, has jurisdiction over the areas coloured in the cooler shades of green); district courts (sąd okręgowy) use different shades of the same hue, while regional courts (sądy okręgowe) will comprise all areas with the same hue and shade. The shape with the most saturation is the regional court with the same seat as a district (superior) court.
For technical reasons, the regional court split in Gdańsk (Gdańsk-North and Gdańsk South), Szczecin (Szczecin-Centre and Szczecin-Right Bank and West), Poznań (Poznań-Grunwald and Jeżyce, Poznań-Nowe Miasto and Wilda, Poznań-Stare Miasto), Lublin (Lublin-West and Lublin-East), Wrocław (Wrocław-Fabryczna, Wrocław-Krzyki, Wrocław-Downtown) and Katowice (Katowice-West and Katowice-East) were not shown (no shapefiles available). All gminas that are served by the courts based in these cities (with the exception of Lublin, where Lublin-Wschód regional court is based in Świdnik) are coloured in the same shade and hue as the main city.
Polski: Szczegółowa mapa sądów powszechnych w Polsce. Apelacje mogą być wyznaczone za pomocą ogólnego zakolorowania danego obszaru (np. właściwością terytorialną apelacji białostockiej są tereny pomalowane w zimniejsze odcienie koloru zielonego); sądy okręgowe pofarbowane są tym samym kolorem o różnym odcieniu, natomiast sądy rejonowe są obszarem o tym samym kolorze i odcieniu.
Z przyczyn technicznych nie było możliwe narysowanie podziału sądów rejonowych w miastach takich jak: Gdańsk (Gdańsk-Północ i Gdańsk-Południe), Szczecin (Szczecin-Centrum i Szczecin-Prawobrzeże i Zachód), Poznań (Poznań-Grunwald i Jeżyce, Poznań-Nowe Miasto i Wilda, Poznań-Stare Miasto), Lublin (Lublin-Zachód i Lublin-Wschód), Wrocław (Wrocław-Fabryczna, Wrocław-Krzyki, Wrocław-Śródmieście) i Katowice (Katowice-Zachód i Katowice-Wschód) ze względu na brak odpowiednich plików shapefile. Wszystkie pobliskie gminy które są obsługiwane przez sądy z siedzibą w tych miastach (poza SR Lublin-Wschód, którego siedziba jest w Świdniku), pomalowane są tym samym kolorem i odcieniem co tamte miasta. |
