English: Makawao Union Church, also known as the Henry Perrine Baldwin Memorial Church was built in 1917. It was designed by architect Charles William Dickey, whose parents are buried in the associated cemetery. It was placed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 1985. It is located in Makawao, Maui, Hawaii. Henry Perrine Baldwin founded agricultural conglomerate Alexander and Baldwin.
